Cancellations Policy

Orders once placed cannot be cancelled, exchanged or modified at any stage other than the circumstances as mentioned under order modification terms

 

Confirmed backorder(s) and preorder(s) cannot be cancelled, modified, exchanged or substituted with other product(s) at any stage

 

No cancellation is offered for delays in production, shipping, delivery, customs or any other factors beyond our reasonable control

 

Orders shall not be cancelled if the product(s) delivered have manufacturing or material defects. MysticFocus shall remedy by either repairing or replacing such product(s) once established it has manufacturing or material defects. Please visit our warranty policy page for more details

 

We reserve absolute right to cancel orders without notice which includes return of non-deliverable orders as well. It may take up to 2 weeks for the refunds to reflect back to the original payment method once all product(s), if any, are first returned to us in their original form & packaging
