Designed exclusively for Nikon Z mount

Information communication with the body by electronic contacts
An electronic contact is mounted on the lens mount to realize telecommunications between the lens and the body. By combining a body compatible with telecommunications and the latest firmware * 1 , in addition to Exif information and in-body image stabilization (3 axes), 3 types of focusing support functions (focusing by changing the focus point frame color, focusing by peaking) , Focusing with the enlargement button) is supported.
Manual focus for reliable focus operation
By adopting an all-metal helicoid unit processed and adjusted with high precision and high-quality grease that produces appropriate torque, focusing with a smooth operation feeling is realized. It enables fine focus adjustment.
Beautiful bokeh with 12 diaphragm blades
A 12-blade diaphragm is used to make the holes formed by the diaphragm blades closer to a circle. The out-of-focus part has a natural depiction, and the point light source is not a polygon but a round and soft bokeh.
Shortest shooting distance 0.3m
Achieves a close-up shooting magnification of 1: 6.7. In addition to being able to capture a wide variety of subjects as a standard lens with a diagonal angle of view of 44 °, the close-up shooting effect provides a large amount of bokeh, expanding the possibilities for shooting that takes advantage of the bokeh at full aperture.
Compact and lightweight style
Despite the large diameter of F1.2, a compact style with a filter diameter of φ46 mm, a total length of 41.0 mm, and a weight of 230 g is realized. The beautifully designed exterior, reminiscent of the good old days, is easy to handle and easy to carry.
